As your exclusive representative in the UK market, you can expect transparency and continuity from our team, making sure that all aspects in the 'scope of work' outlined below are observed carefully and reported truthfully.
-Exclusivity: we represent a limited number of clients, which empowers us to act as your dedicated hotel representative and ambassador.
-Ownership: we believe in personal service and strong business relationships; you will work directly with Lyubo as your single point of contact.
ACTION PLAN & SCOPE OF WORK
Our hotel representation process is tailored to your specific hotel and destination needs and we will work with you to develop a bespoke action plan and set goals to position your hotel as a leader in the industry.
As an extension of your team, we will design adequate targets and sales campaigns, and market your property to our UK network of contacts, in order to generate leads within the Corporate, Group & MICE, and Leisure market segments.
Your bespoke plan may include but not limited to:
Market Research
-UK Market: London and the UK;
-Competitor and SWOT analysis: help identify gaps and opportunities in the market, leverage your hotel strengths and position your brand accordingly to capitalise on new and existing business;
-Trends: develop brand identity and target strategy and align your goals with the overall sentiment of the market at the projected time.
Raise Brand Awareness
-Communicate within the UK market about your hotel brand and compile a database of potential buyers;
-Attend events and tradeshows on your behalf within the UK.
Sales Activities
Carry out the following activities as required:
-Sales calls,
-Prepare service proposals,
-Direct emails,
-Set up virtual or in-person calls/meetings and follow-ups, to help convert UK inquires.
Social Media and Online Marketing Campaigns
-Use social media accounts incl. digital marketing channels e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp using preferred language and branded content for the purpose of drafting sales offers/proposals and/or newsletters, business development within the designated region, United Kingdom (UK).
FEES
-Monthly Retainer Fee: This pricing structure allows us to work towards long-term goals within a set timeframe and as an extension of your team.
